Mike Mills' Magic Dust is about as essential to me as salt and pepper is to most folks. Once you've tried it on his ribs, you'll want to put it on just about anything. It's great mixed in with your favorite baked beans, chili.. just about anything you wan to give a little kick to. Dip your grilled or boiled corn on the cob in some that's mixed with melted butter. If you want a way to get it in bulk, buy Mike's big orange cookbook. The recipe's the same and it makes three to four times as much out of spices you can get anywhere.
